Tri-State Properties was founded in 1979 as a commercial real estate and management company in Monroe, Louisiana. An overwhelming need for commercial real estate services throughout the region allowed us to quickly expand our focus to include a much broader area covering Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi. Our national reputation for professional brokerage and management attracted many of the most successful corporations in the region including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation who recognized the value that we could provide in disposition, property management and real estate consulting services.

Today, Tri-State Properties is one of the most respected service firms in the tri-state area, employing dedicated professionals who serve a growing client base that reaches throughout our area and across the country.

Bill Roark, President                                                           

Bill Roark has been in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage,  Management and Leasing Industry since 1970, when he became affiliated with Baldwin-Harris, a Dallas, Texas real estate development company. In 1975, he opened Tri-State Properties, Inc., a diversified commercial real estate company.  In 1979 he served as President of the local Northeast Louisiana Board of Realtors and as a Director of  the Louisiana Realtors Association.  During his thirty plus years in Commercial Real Estate, he has had the opportunity to represent numerous national, regional and local corporations in site acquisitions, retail and office leases, tax free exchanges, multiple property purchases and property management. Bill Roark is the Broker for Tri-State Properties.

Ryan Roark,CCIM

Vice President of Operations

Ryan Roark is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. After employment as a field engineer for Brainlab, Inc. in Dallas, Texas he joined Tri-State Properties.  Ryan specializes in the analysis, brokerage, and managment of investment real estate. Recently, he has assembled and managed several real estate investment partnerships for the acquisition, renovation, and distribution of office and multifamily properties.

Director of Brokerage Services

Donovan Bennett joined the Tri-State Properties team of commercial real estate professionals in January of 2007. His experience includes working with investors in the preparation of investment packages, negotiations and finalizing the sale. His experience makes him a valuable asset to the Tri-State Properties team of professionals

Barbara Westbrooks
Office Manager

Barbara Westbrooks began working at Tri-State Properties in 2000 as the office manager. She came to Tri-State Properties from a local university where she served as Assistant Registrar for many years. In that position she managed a large staff and oversaw the maintenance of all university student records which required extensive computer skills. She holds a B.B.A. degree in Office Information Systems Management. At Tri-State Properties, Barbara is responsible for assisting property supervisors and managers. Her responsibilities include supervision of monthly reports for owners. She supervises the maintenance and janitorial staff along with maintaining inventory and scheduling maintenance to be completed for the properties.
