Bill Roark has been in the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Management and Leasing Industry since 1970, when he became affiliated with a real estate development company in Dallas, Texas. In 1975, he opened Tri-State Properties, a diversified commercial real estate company, which merged with Keller Williams in 2009 to create the Keller Williams Commercial Division.

Ryan Roark, CCIM, began his real estate career in 1998. His past clients include Wal-Mart, Dollar General, Taco Bell, Primerica, and Walgreens. Recently, Ryan completed the $3.8 Million Dollar Sale of Richland Tower and a 7-year lease valued at over $2,000,000 with Ford, Bacon, & Davis. Additionally, Ryan has been awarded the highly regarded Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
